Andrzej Nycz is a leading researcher in large-scale metal additive manufacturing, with a primary focus on Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) and its industrial scalability. His work addresses the critical challenge of fabricating large, complex metal components—such as stamping dies and molds for composite manufacturing—using high-deposition-rate processes that exceed 7 kg/h.
