About
F. S. Turner is a pioneering figure in lunar science and spacecraft engineering, whose work bridges planetary exploration and advanced control theory. Turner’s key research areas include radar remote sensing of planetary surfaces, particularly the Moon, and the development of novel attitude guidance algorithms for spacecraft.
