Abstract
At present, there is a labor-intensive problem in transportation industries such as supermarkets, which leads to low work efficiency. In order to improve the current situation of the transportation industry, it is necessary to design a handling robot that can complete recognition, tracking, and grasping tasks. Therefore, this article designs a handling robot that can complete the tasks of object recognition, intelligent tracking, and object grasping and placement. Object recognition uses an OpenMV camera with high recognition accuracy. The intelligent tracking adopts the OPS-9 planar positioning system, which has high positioning accuracy. The object is grasped and placed using a six joint robotic arm, and the accuracy of grasping and placing can meet the task requirements. The results show that the handling robot can effectively complete the handling task and improve the efficiency of handling work.
