Soo Chin Liew is a leading figure in aerosol remote sensing, whose work has fundamentally advanced our understanding of atmospheric aerosols over the Maritime Continent. Based at the National University of Singapore’s Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing (CRISP), his research focuses on characterizing aerosol optical properties, vertical distributions, and their environmental impacts.
