Ren Luo is a prominent robotics researcher whose work spans networked mobile robotics, intelligent autonomous systems, and home security applications. Based at National Chung Cheng University (NCCU), Luo has made foundational contributions to the field of Internet-based robot teleoperation, addressing one of its most persistent challenges: unpredictable network transmission delays in remote control systems.
