Pietro Canzi is an otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon whose research has profoundly shaped the application of transoral robotic surgery (TORS) in both sleep medicine and oncology. His work sits at the intersection of minimally invasive surgical innovation and clinical outcomes, with a particular focus on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and head and neck cancers.
