Professor Peter-John Wormald is a world-renowned rhinologist and head and neck surgeon whose pioneering work has fundamentally reshaped endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery. His primary research areas include advanced endoscopic techniques, chronic rhinosinusitis, and the pathophysiology of mucosal healing. A major contribution is his development of the "Wormald technique" for frontal sinus surgery, which has become a global standard.
