M. E. Brooks is a leading figure in aerosol prediction and atmospheric composition modeling, with a career dedicated to advancing global operational aerosol forecasting. As a key contributor to the International Cooperative for Aerosol Prediction (ICAP), Brooks has been instrumental in developing the multi-model ensemble (MME) approach that now integrates nine operational aerosol models worldwide.
