About
Lijie Zhou is a leading researcher in tactile sensing and human–robot interaction, whose work is shaping the future of intelligent robotics and safety control. His primary research areas include flexible tactile sensors, multi-modal perception, and robotic drilling force analysis. Zhou’s most influential contribution is the development of a highly sensitive, flexible three-axis tactile sensor based on microstructured graphene, which overcomes the long-standing challenge of detecting low-pressure forces with high precision—a breakthrough cited over 115 times.
