Alyssa Robb is a structural biologist whose work has provided foundational insights into the enzymatic machinery of the hyperthermophilic bacterium *Thermotoga maritima*. Her research centers on the determination of protein crystal structures to elucidate the mechanisms of key metabolic enzymes, particularly those involved in amino acid biosynthesis and carbohydrate metabolism.
