Aibek Niyetkaliyev is a robotics researcher whose work focuses on the design and control of rehabilitation exoskeletons, with a particular emphasis on restoring upper-limb function for stroke survivors. His major contributions lie in advancing robotic shoulder rehabilitation orthoses, where he has tackled the critical challenge of joint-axis misalignment between exoskeletons and the human shoulder.
