A. Shiraishi is a pioneering researcher in humanoid robotics, with a central focus on integrating autonomous systems into everyday living and service environments. Their most influential work, "Application of humanoid robots to building and home management services" (2004), which has garnered 17 citations, was a key contribution to Japan's landmark "Humanoid Robotics Project (HRP)" supported by METI.
