Andrea Nacci is a leading figure in otolaryngology and sleep surgery, whose work has fundamentally reshaped the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Her primary research focuses on the application of transoral robotic surgery (TORS) to address upper airway obstruction, with a particular emphasis on the tongue base.
