Abstract
A new-style six-dimension force sensor is designed to solve the problem of low rigidity and large size in six-dimension force sensor.This type of sensor is based on Stewart structure and used in robot finger.The structure of six-dimension force sensor and measuring circuit are designed.The calibration data of the sensor are analyzed.The result shows that the design of the sensor is correct.It has the value of application definitely.
