Abstract

AI-controlled robotics in smart agriculture systems have revolutionized farming practices by improving precision, sustainability, and productivity, marking a significant milestone in modern farming. AI allows real-time monitoring and decision-making through advanced machine learning algorithms, sensors, and autonomous systems to optimize resources like water, fertilizers, and pesticides. AI-based technologies are revolutionizing precision agriculture, reducing waste and environmental degradation while increasing yield and quality. Robotics is automating labor-intensive tasks like planting, harvesting, and weeding not only for efficiency but also to reduce human intervention. AI enables predictive analytics in disease detection and weather forecasting, providing farmers with actionable inputs at their doorstep. The chapter delves into the potential of AI-controlled robots in agriculture, highlighting their potential to improve food security, mitigate environmental harm, and foster sustainable farming practices.
