Abstract

There are more and more robots in our life: processes are being automated in industry, delivery services are becoming automatic. But, as you know, the development of such robotics for commercial use in industry is very expensive and complicated. Unstructured environments are often used. The accelerated platform for robotics and artificial intelligence NVIDIA Isaac is a comprehensive set of tools for solving these problems, helps to reduce costs, make development easier and present a faster product entry to the market. The NVIDIA Isaac is a framework for robotics that provides the ability to create modular applications. This approach provides high-performance image processing and the use of deep learning technology to create intelligent robots. NVIDIA Isaac announced in 2018 opens a new era of autonomous machines. It is based on Jetson Xavier, a computer designed specifically for robots. This article provides an overview of the NVIDIA Isaac system, its features.
