Abstract
The nature of applied research in intelligent robot controllers makes having a versatile software architecture a real need for exploring alternative designs in robotic minds construction. The paper presents an experiment in the adaptation of a multi-robot cooperation architecture to a CORBA-based schema. The paper demonstrates not only the feasibility but the convenience of using, state-of-the-art, modular software technologies for the construction of advanced intelligent controllers.
