Design of flexible machining production line based on PLC and industrial robot

摘要
A flexible machining production line based on PLC and industrial robot was proposed to realize the automatic production of small batch, multi-variety and multi-process workpiece. The production line connects three machine tools, two robots, PLC and industrial computer together through PROFINET network. According to the optimized production scheduling of industrial computer, task scheduling can be carried out, and the production task is sent to PLC, which will send the task to the robot after judging the rationality of the task. So as to realize feeding, positive processing, negative processing, side processing, cleaning, rinsing, drying, visual detection, CMM, blanking and a series of operations on the workpiece. Practice has proved that the automatic operation of the production line greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves the production efficiency.
