摘要

With the growing prevalence of service robots across various sectors, there is a growing need to ensure seamless connectivity between robots and users from virtually anywhere in the world. This demand has driven extensive research over the past decade, leading to the emergence of innovative technologies such as the Internet of Robotic Things (IoRT) and Cloud Robotics. While various studies have proposed solutions to achieve global connectivity between robots and end-users, most existing approaches are tailored to specific robots, such as drones, or are designed for niche applications. Moreover, these solutions are often not open-source and limited in terms of scope, adaptability, scalability, and general usability. This research presents a comprehensive, practical approach for implementation of IoRT and cloud robotics which utilizes a three-level client-server architecture that includes a cloud server layer, robot client layer, and user client layer. Utilizing Django for application development hosted on AWS Cloud, the implementation demonstrates the potential of cloud robotics to provide real-time, bidirectional communication between robots and users over an infinite communication range.
