About

Xian‐Li Zhou is a pioneering materials scientist whose research focuses on bioinspired hydrogel–elastomer integration, soft matter mechanics, and advanced polymer design. Zhou’s most notable contribution is the development of leech-inspired homogeneous hydrogel–elastomer integration materials, first reported in a 2018 paper that has garnered 32 citations.
