Dr. Tatsuya Tarui is a pioneering cardiac surgeon whose work has been instrumental in advancing robotic cardiac surgery in Japan. His research focuses on minimally invasive, totally endoscopic robotic techniques for complex cardiac procedures, including mitral valve repair, atrial septal defect (ASD) closure, and coronary artery bypass grafting.
