About

Pubu Ciren is a prominent atmospheric scientist whose research has significantly advanced our understanding of aerosol monitoring and remote sensing from satellite platforms. Specializing in aerosol optical depth (AOD) retrieval algorithms, Ciren has made foundational contributions to both geostationary and polar-orbiting satellite systems, developing and validating critical tools used in operational environmental monitoring across North America and globally.
