About
Nobuo Ezaki is a pioneering researcher in assistive technology, whose work centers on developing computer vision and robotic systems to enhance independence for visually impaired individuals. His most influential contribution is the foundational 2004 paper "Text detection from natural scene images: towards a system for visually impaired persons," which has garnered 147 citations and laid the groundwork for camera-based text reading systems.
