Ninyi Yuan is a leading innovator in the field of wearable electronics and flexible energy devices, with a primary focus on developing advanced fiber-based materials for multifunctional applications. Their most celebrated contribution is the creation of downsized sheath–core conducting fibers—hair-thin, superelastic wires composed of a buckled carbon nanotube sheath wrapped around a rubber core.
