About

M. Beilicke is a high-energy astrophysicist whose research centers on the multi-wavelength study of active galactic nuclei (AGN), particularly TeV blazars. A key contribution is their work with the High Energy Stereoscopic System (HESS), most notably the 2005 multi-wavelength campaign on PKS 2155-304, which provided critical simultaneous observations across the electromagnetic spectrum to probe the emission mechanisms of this extreme BL Lac object (101 citations).
