About

Koichi Okuya is a pioneering surgical oncologist whose research focuses on robotic-assisted colorectal cancer surgery and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Based in Japan, Okuya has established himself at the forefront of adopting and evaluating emerging robotic surgical platforms, particularly for colon and rectal cancer procedures.
