About
James J. Miller is a leading architect of space-based positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems, with a career dedicated to enabling autonomous operations beyond Earth. His most prominent contribution is the **Lunar GNSS Receiver Experiment (LuGRE)** , a joint NASA–Italian Space Agency payload selected for the Firefly Blue Ghost Mission 1.
