Dr. Hyun Jun Hong is a pioneering head and neck surgeon whose work has fundamentally reshaped the surgical management of head and neck cancers, particularly through the development and validation of minimally invasive robotic techniques. His primary research focuses on advancing robotic-assisted neck dissections and submandibular gland resections, with a major contribution being the introduction of novel surgical approaches that reduce morbidity while maintaining oncologic efficacy.
