Hesham El‐Askary is a leading figure in the application of remote sensing and satellite technology to address critical environmental and public health challenges. His research focuses on aerosol characterization, air quality monitoring, and the complex interactions between atmospheric particles and human health, particularly across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
