Abstract
As governments grapple with increasing demand for efficiency, transparency, and citizen-centric service delivery, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has emerged as a transformative technology for the public sector. This paper explores how RPA is being adopted across governmental workflows to streamline operations, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. The study investigates frameworks for scalable implementation, highlights governance strategies, and analyzes real-world use cases.By examining key enablers such as interoperability, AI integration, and change management, this research sheds light on the long-term potential of RPA to drive innovation in the public domain.A mixed-methods approach integrates literature review, architecture modeling, and policy analysis to forecast future trends in public sector automation.
