Abstract
It analysed the forces to the frame of the Manipulator which is the most heavy of the manipulator by the ANSYS software.Found the Parameters who impacts the strength of frame,and got the danger points of the frame.Optimizated and verificated to the structure of the frame.Strength and stiffness is fit to the requirement by the Optimizate results.Which reduced the weight of the manipulator and cut down the Cost.It establish the groundwork for the later analysis of manipulator.
