Abstract
In order to restrain the high-degree nonlinear and excessive random perturbation,this paper suggested a method based on fuzzy logical optimized PID controller to manipulate a multi-variable brushless DC motor(BLDCM).Fuzzy algorithm was used to auto-adjust the traditional PID parameters on-line.This method could be applied in the field of multi-DOF robot joint controller.In this paper,the system composition and operation mode were described.The experimental result has been demonstrated that the system response time was reduced 50%,the overshoot was decreased 5% and the torque disturbance was dropped 30%.This control method is more effective to improve the accuracy of system control,flexibility and robustness.
