Abstract

Magnetic Fiber Robots In article number 2309424, Bing Han, Hesheng Wang, Zhuo-Chen Ma, and co-workers introduce a submillimeter fiber robot with micro-tools at the distal end using a “Swiss roll” assembly strategy. The robot can perform multiple functions under a magnetic field, and the approach enables the one-step assembly of multiscale structures (mm-µm) from a 2D film to a 3D tool on the curved surface of fiber robots.
