Abstract

The safe and efficient operation of oil and gas pipeline is not only related to the development of the enterprise itself, but also related to the safety of energy supply in the development of the country. The innovation and improvement of safety management and operation and maintenance technology is an important guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the pipeline. However, oil pipeline leakage accidents are still frequent, whether it is man-made damage or natural corrosion will cause more and more losses. Therefore, this paper studies a compound amphibious automatic pipeline leakage detection robot, which can actively run and increase the running speed whether there is oil or no oil. At the same time, it can automatically adjust the posture in the pipeline according to the force feedback to ensure its running speed and stability. In addition, it can use ultrasonic signal detection and analysis to rotate slowly during detection, which improves the detection accuracy, In addition, the telescopic frame is used to increase the coverage range of pipe diameter and improve the applicability.
