Abstract
The healthcare sector obtains significant benefits from Artificial Intelligence by using it to make medical diagnoses plan treatments manage patients and develop drugs.AI tools especially machine learning and natural language processing and robotic-assisted surgery help health systems deliver accuracy and personalized care and become more efficient. The essential problems in ethical considerations about medical decision autonomy algorithmic bias and data privacy and transparency continue to represent major hurdles. The research combines multiple methods through literatures case research and surveys among health experts and patients to study AI's effects. The study analyzes worldwide AI regulatory frameworks finds successful standards and detects unoccupied regulatory areas. The data demonstrates that healthcare requires ethical AI integration because it requires bias prevention together with secure data management and fair healthcare access. This study recommends policies that properly guide AI implementation while ensuring transparency along with responsibility and equality.
