Abstract

This paper explores the challenge of creating a reliable gesture-controlled robotic system capable of precise movement in a fixed environment. Gesture control, while intuitive, can be sensitive and prone to malfunctions with minor disruptions. The study focuses on designing a sturdy mechanical framework to minimize interference and ensure accuracy. Testing, including simulations and real-life scenarios, validates the system’s reliability. The research outlines clear objectives to implement gesture control technology and implement it on hardware structures. By integrating basic sensing systems, image processing, actuators, and communication tools like ROS2, the aim is to simplify calibration processes for user-friendly operation. This study aims to contribute practical solutions to robotics by integrating simple yet effective technologies for precise motion control.
