Abstract
The VNIIM is developing two state standards “Measuring instruments and measuring systems based on artificial intelligence”: “Composition, structure, and fields of application. Basic provisions” and “Metrological maintenance. General requirements.” These standards will unify approaches to multiparametric measurement processes that characterize the movement of unmanned vehicles, the state of robotic equipment, human health, the level of knowledge and abilities, etc. The authors emphasize the existence of terminology problems in this area. Taking into account the prospects, the particular emphasis in the development should be placed on the stages of relatively regular training and self-learning of the measuring instruments and measuring systems as well as testing of the results. Special attention will be paid to ensuring metrological health of measuring instruments and systems by metrological self-checking methods.
