Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to intelligent machines capable of performing intricate tasks previously exclusive to human capabilities, which include problem solving, critical analyses, and decision laden choices. While the term AI encompasses a broader range of capabilities, people often associate it with humanoid robots. It's also crucial to recognize that AI lacks personhood or legal standing. This paper will examine the criminal responsibilities associated with Artificial Intelligence Systems. Despite AI‘s potential to revolutionize various aspects of our lives, it also introduces novel ethical and legal dilemmas which need serious action from society and law. This paper has tried to explore legal considerations concerning AI entities and the associated challenges they confront.
