Abstract
The paper proposes a new type of double-stator linear-rotary switched reluctance motor (DSLR-SRM) that can perform individual rotary motion, linear reciprocating motion, and helical motion. Firstly, the structure of the motor is introduced, which includes two axially staggered stators, a specially structured mover, and a concentrated winding located in the stator teeth. Secondly, the working principles of the motor under the three operating modes are analyzed separately, highlighting its distinctive feature of multi-mode operation compared to other motors. Finally, finite element simulation is employed to conduct electromagnetic analysis of the motor, validating the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The main focus of this article is to introduce the structural characteristics and operating principles of the motor, and to conduct electromagnetic analysis under static conditions.
