Abstract

This volume contains papers presented at AIRC 2019. AIRC is the premier forum for the presentation and exchange of past experiences, new advances, and research results in the areas of Robot Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and its Applications, and Control Engineering. We sincerely thank the support from all authors. Much of the credit of the success of the conference is due to the submissions from our participants. We truly believe all participants found the discussions fruitful, and enjoyed the scientific and networking opportunities provided by AIRC.
