Abstract
The conceptual materials that serve as a basis for our reflec \n- \ntions in this contribution are, on the one hand, a “discursive” approach to \nthe relationship between users and technologies, in which we take into \nconsideration the respective sets of values, representations and social \npractices that make up the discourse of the users and the artefactual \ndiscourse materialized in technological devices. On the other hand, the \ncapability approach of Sen and Nussbaum, as a widely accepted and in- \nfluential ethical-political paradigm. With such materials, we will try to \ndefine the profiles to which a robotics of interaction with human beings \nthat can be defined as an \ninclusive robotics \n, in relation to people with dis- \nabilities and children, should fit. The responsible introduction of inclusive \nrobotics, as a mediating factor in functionings environments, requires \nthat the general obligations of protection, full rights and well-being un- \nderlying the discourse and normative framework of the \nConvention on \nthe Rights of Persons with Disabilities \n, and the \nConvention on the Rights of \nthe Child \n, be taken as a reference in order to ensure careful protection \ntowards the vulnerability of these groups of people.
