Abstract
In this paper, relationship of the distance between the lips and the blowing frequency was investigated using the artificial lips on the assumption that was blowing trombone automatically. As a result, to control the distance between the artificial lips, we have possibility to identify acoustical vibration mode even if the mode have hysteresis. We will develop unique artificial lips which eliminates the phenomenon. The results present in this paper are useful for not only an automatic trombone blower but also a robot for the musical instrument playing.
