Development of the Method Local Navigation of Mobile Robot a Based on the Tags with QR Code and Wireless Sensor Network

Abstract
This paper describes the improved method for locating a mobile platform. Base stations and a navigation system based on QR code tags is used along with an odometric positioning system using the tachometers. The principle of the program for controlling the movement of the robotic platform in the automated warehouse is described. The algorithm of determine the robot coordinates by the image of QR code tags is offered. Images come sequentially while moving during by means of a video camera, rigidly fixed at robot, is offered. The results of experiments for mobile robot, which confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach, are presented also.
