Overview

The ASM895 is a commercial rice sheet and omusand sheet forming machine by AUTEC. It features a new patent that eliminates fluororesin parts, preventing surface peeling and foreign matter contamination. Double heat retention ensures consistent quality. It supports diverse menus including omusand, pork egg onigiri, and kimbap. Continuous operation automatically forms a new sheet when one is removed. It can form two thin-roll sheets with a single start. Five spreading settings can be memorized. The rolling mechanism is omitted for compact size and low cost. Assembly/disassembly is simple. Two operation modes are selectable: traditional nori-first or adhesive method.
