Overview
The ASM460S sushi robot (professional shari ball forming machine) achieves high-speed forming of 3,200 pieces per hour with automatic alignment. It completes 50 pieces per tray in about 51 seconds. The compact footprint fits on a 450×600 mm workbench. It uses fluorine resin-free parts to prevent peeling and foreign matter. Double heat retention is provided by a heater in the feed roller and an insulated hopper. The simple structure with few parts allows smooth disassembly and cleaning. The integrated forming and alignment unit is the lightest in its class. VRECS (Vibration Redress Catch System) ensures reliable alignment. Tray insertion starts forming automatically without button operation.
