Overview
The ASM575 is a multi-purpose commercial rice forming machine that can produce rice balls, sushi rice balls, and bento box fillings by simply changing attachments. It features fluorine resin-free parts to prevent surface peeling and contamination, an insulated hopper to keep rice warm, and helical mold forming for optimal texture. With compact dimensions (358×511×720 mm) and a weight of 24 kg, it fits on standard 800 mm high worktables. It achieves class-leading speeds of up to 1,950 rice balls per hour, 2,600 sushi rice balls per hour, and 5,200 bento fillings per hour. Power consumption is 25W at AC100V (50/60Hz).
