摘要

Muscle cells and utilized as a microactuator which have following characteristics; self-assemble, self-regeneration, and they are contracting autonomously with chemical energy. We have studied about the "hybrid mechanical systems" actuated by are muscle cells. To develop systems, adhesion force of muscle cells is one of the important parameter for its design. In the present study, we proposed here a new approach using "cell sheet engineering" to measure it. We held a stripping test of cell sheets. As a result, the adhesion force of cell sheets was about 120μN.
