摘要

In the design of flying robot, the accuracy of airfoil fitting significantly affects its aerodynamic performance and flight quality. The accuracy of leading edge fitting of airfoil is not high by traditional method of shape function transformation (CST). In this paper, the class function and shape function of CST method are improved at the same time. An improved CST parameterization method is proposed, which effectively improves the fitting accuracy. The simulation results of aerodynamic performance show that the aerodynamic data of the airfoil fitted by the improved CST method are closer to the aerodynamic data of the real airfoil. An airfoil design platform based on iSIGHT software was established, which can automatically calculate the aerodynamic performance of different airfoils under different working conditions, effectively improve the level of airfoil design automation and data visualization, and has certain engineering value for airfoil design of flying robots.
