A Chatbot for Learning and Life Guide in the University Based on LangChain+ChatGLM

摘要

With the continuous development of natural language processing technology, driven by the integration of large language models, customer service artificial intelligence chatbots are developing in great strides, and have been involved and well applied in many fields. This project selects all kinds of school life and learning consultation based on the student handbook and curriculum arrangement of a university as the basis of corpus, and uses the LangChain+ChatGLM framework to develop the application of chat robot for learning and life in colleges and universities, and realizes the function of providing convenient auxiliary guide for college students' learning and life. This paper details the design and implementation process of the chatbot, discusses the application characteristics of key technologies in the model construction, and conducts quantitative analysis and evaluation of the output results through different indicators to further improve the response effect, which provides a reference for the design and research of chatbots.
