摘要

Soft electronics is a rapidly emerging field that encompasses electronic components and integrated systems with flexible and stretchable morphologies, holding immense potential for application in wearable devices, medical healthcare, smart homes, advanced robotics, and human–machine interface technologies. The development of soft electronics heavily relies on advanced fabrication technologies that enable the realization of unique characteristics such as ultrathin, lightweight, and mechanical flexibility, thereby expanding the possibilities for versatile applications. This chapter presents a comprehensive review of typical advanced fabrication technologies used in soft electronics, including soft lithography, soft transferring, 3D printing, textile techniques, and other novel techniques. The characteristics, advantages, and problems associated with these fabrication techniques are outlined, highlighting their potential for facile and cost-effective system integration. Furthermore, the challenges and application prospects of advanced fabrication technologies are discussed. Looking forward, leveraging advanced fabrication technologies allows soft electronics to continue evolving, leading to the creation of novel intelligent sensory systems with enhanced performance, expanded functionality, and broader accessibility.
